1. Booking Process

  • All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the travel package or cruise line.
  • Upon receiving your deposit, a confirmation email will be sent outlining the details of your booking, payment schedule, and other pertinent information.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment deadlines will be specified in your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other secure options as outlined by Snyder's Dreamscape Travel.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees, and failure to pay in full by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through Snyder's Dreamscape Travel's official contact form.
  • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the policies of the cruise line, airline, or travel provider. Snyder's Dreamscape Travel cannot override provider policies regarding non-refundable amounts or fees.
  • Administrative fees may be applied for processing cancellations, regardless of the travel provider’s refund terms.
  • Snyder's Dreamscape Travel reserves the right to retain deposits and fees in cases where provider policies dictate such retention.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Snyder's Dreamscape Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance should cover, but is not limited to: trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost or delayed luggage, and unexpected changes to travel plans.
  • Travel insurance policies must be purchased directly through an approved insurance provider. Snyder's Dreamscape Travel is not responsible for losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they meet all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Clients must arrive at departure points at the times specified by Snyder's Dreamscape Travel or the travel provider. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
  • Clients are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by travel providers, including cruise lines, airlines, and tour operators.

6. Responsibility and Liability

  • Snyder's Dreamscape Travel acts solely as an agent for cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, negligence, or failures of such providers.
  • Snyder's Dreamscape Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries caused by weather, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any disputes arising with travel providers should be addressed directly with the provider. Snyder's Dreamscape Travel will assist in facilitating communication where possible.

7. Changes to Itinerary or Services

  • Travel providers reserve the right to alter itineraries due to operational needs, safety concerns, or external factors. Snyder's Dreamscape Travel is not responsible for such changes but will notify Clients as soon as possible.
  • In the event of significant changes to an itinerary, alternative arrangements will be made whenever feasible, subject to provider policies and availability.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Snyder's Dreamscape Travel respects your privacy and safeguards all personal information provided during the booking process.
  • Personal information will only be shared with travel providers as necessary to complete your booking.

9. Dispute Resolution
